Dear Akash,
I hope you are in the pink of health. You asked about my experience while serving my tenure in Indian railways. As you know, I have retired from my service on 15th August 2024.
My thirty-five years of service have been a great learning experience. I have seen real India very closely. I have seen how people from different parts of the country respect each other’s culture and values. I have seen all kinds of people from different classes and their mentality and their mutual cooperation. I have seen beautiful Indian landscapes having different weather patterns in different places. I have learned a lot from the experiences of other people, their languages, their attitudes, and behaviours towards one another. I wish I could remember that. I look forward to meeting you next month.
